Excellent, prompt and polite service It was prompt, friendly, and efficient. They addressed all the issues, and as I was leaving, we noticed my warning light was still on. They whisked my car away, rechecked, and replaced yet another minor bulb, and I was on my way. They are extremely polite and helpful. The whole atmosphere of the service center is one we have seldom encountered before. WELL DONE!!

great service, clean facilities, timely repairs. Mr. Johnathan H. is always attentive and thorough explaining needed repairs and cost. I am estatic that I always get a loaner as not to be without a car.

Great service!! Jason's customer service is IMPECCABLE!! I would buy and recommend friends and family (have already sent people) to buy from Checkered Flag BMW based on Jason's service. Your BMW service is out of this world. Jason had serviced me about 7 years ago or so and he was just as knowledgeable, catering to his clients needs then and now. If I ask Jason for one thing, he knows 10 things already. He is an asset to Checkered Flag!!

Great experience with Checkard Flag Mini Vickie, my sales rep and Azor (sp), the finance gentleman are definitely assets to your dealership. They were so helpful and pleasant during my recent visit and purchase of my Mini. Vickie even folliwed up with me on Monday to let me know that I could still contact her if I had any questions or concerns. Excellent Service I called and Mike was able to get me an appointment within a week at a time that was convenient to me. The check in process was very smooth and he assisted in getting a scratch off the side mirror. I was given a loaner car which was great because I did not have to arrange for someone to pick me up, or drop me off.

Excellent service Even though car was out of warranty, service area recognized that the problem was a reoccurring situation from last service call while under warranty, and fixed the problem at no cost.

Ms. Kurtz Mike Lawson assisted me with an emergency issue, and when it could not be immediately resolved, he arranged a loaner and had my car ready the next day!
