GREAT experience! Took my 2013 Cooper S in for its annual inspection and tune up...LOVE their attention to detail, treated me like I was their only customer! Gave me a loaner for overnight because I didn't want to wait while they did it. My car came back looking pristine! Zero charge! LOVE the text message feature!

Excellent service Prompt appointment, courteous service, follow-up call after service. Wash and vacuum afterwards was an additional bonus. The service was performed quicker than quoted.

Great staff I had a minor repair that I needed & I am located in Elizabeth City NC - I was able to work with the dealership in getting the part ordered for the repair by email - having to bring the car to the dealership only for one visit rather than 2 times. The understanding and respect for limited time was very appreciated.

Great Service The Service. Jason Stamer saw me arrive and immediately diagnoised the problem that I was having and arranged a solution. There was no delay or unnecessary expense to me. Without his knowledge of the vehicle and my habits, this would have turned out differently.
