Great Service Dept Service dept was quick to tell me what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost to fix it. Upon fixing it, they alerted me that parts would be delayed via text. I liked that. It was clean when it was returned to me.

Great service The personal service I received from my service advisor, Daniel. He did a great job. He called me as soon as my vehicle was ready. Provided excellent advice concerning the care of my vehicle.

My 528i The quick action of Mike Lawton when I brought my 2014 528i To the service department with the CHECK Engine Light on. He got the Car in Got me. Rental STAT! He made me know without a doubt the car would be taken care of.

Fast service even with no appointment! When I came in for service I was greeted with enthusiasm by Brandon. I met Debbie in service and she was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. The whole team at Checkered Flag is always kind and friendly. I was taken care of right away even though I did not have an appointment.

Mini seervice Someone was waiting for me when I arrived. My checkin with Frank was quick and thorough. I had specific concerns that he took an extra moment to make sure would be addressed by the mechanic.
