Top notch service! Very accommodating. Courtney, as always, went above my expectation in guest service. Car was not only taken care of for what I needed, but she found a few recall items that needed to be handled and a loose screw in the engine somewhere. All of which was fixed and handled prior to my pick up. Top notch service!

Good will prevails at MINI. Had my 2003 MINI in for repair from a spontaneous fire in the engine, after it was evaluated at the dealer was informed the repair would be done without cost to me.

Great customer service Very accomodating and kept me informed about what needed to be done to my vehicle and time required to accomplish maintenance needs. Love the convenience of loaner vehicle. Were it not for the loaner I would likely have to do business with a service provider on the Peninsula.

Great Service Very good customer service. There was a mixup on the loaner car. Although I had requested it when appointment was made there was no record of it in the system. The customer service rep addressed the problem on the spot and arranged for a loaner.

Attention to detail personal service and attention to detail. mike called my third party warranty company and got some of necessary service covered under that warranty which made whole service more affordable.
