Great service We think that your Checkered Flag mini group was the most responsive and communicative dealership we have ever dealt with. Our salesman (Brian Crist) was outstanding; we can't say enough good things about him. We found the pricing on the car to be very fair.

Great Experience Brett is an amazing sales associate and this is my fourth BMW that I have bought from him. I trust him and he always treats me fair and with upmost respect. Pleasantly surprised! 1. I was met at my appointment time (made via Checkered Flag Mini service website). 2. A loaner vehicle was provided (as requested) for the duration of my Mini's visit to the shop. 3. Frank & Daniel kept me informed of repair status. 4. Daniel & Frank requested Mini Goodwill assistance when the troubleshooting indicated the timing chain/belt required replacement. 5. Christmas Mishap My car was in for emergency service. My 2009 535! BMW left me stranded when the engine overheated due to a broken water pump. I was shocked that a 2009 car would need such a replacement. However BMW paid 75% of the cost of a replacement which helped to soothe the unhappiness. My service adviser, Dan Lilly, was exceptionally receptive to my emergency and got my car back, all fixed, promptly…just before Christmas. Thank you, Dan!
