Awesome Service Frank, the Mini Service Manager is always very informative about what happened during my service visit. He answers all my questions completely and usually adds more to the answer than what I asked. he is an awesome asset to Checkered Flag Mini.

Great service Easy drop off. Courteous employees. Knowledgeable service desk. Daniel Davis was outstanding! He was efficient and thorough. I'd purchase another car just because Daniel was so good!

Great Service; received management atttention I had a sporadic alarm that occasionally locked in. While the technician had difficultly pinpointing the cause, the maintenance supervisor got involved and had a good idea what to check. His idea worked and the alarm has not come back. The fact that this seemingly minor issue received his attention and personal attention was very impressive.

Super Awesome Dealer and Outstanding Sales Service Christopher Grandison (Sales Consultant) and Jimmy Anderson (Sales Manager) Worked with my Wife and I to get us the most AWESOME deal and car we wanted. Outstanding Service! Everything was outstanding, from the initial greeting to the time I picked up my X-5! Dan took great care of all my concerns and even informed me of recalls that required attention...I owned a RX350 Lexus before the X-5 and always thought the Lexus dealership was the best but now I second guess that opinion.
