Great Service and Clean Facility Very easy to get an appointment. All staff members were very nice and professional. The service bay is well lit and very clean. I was impressed with my service advisor's patience and knowledge and willingness to resolve the issues with my vehicle and even offered to have it vacuumed and washed. Lastly, the loaner program is AWESOME! This program is so convenient, it allows BMW owners to have their cars serviced with interrupting their daily lives.

Great Service beyond my expectations I really appreciated how Frank went over everything with me, before and after the service. I was planning on waiting for my Mini but since there were some upgrades that needed to be accomplished that took several hours, Frank secured a rental for me and it was quick too! The whole experience was beyond my expectation! Thanks for the cool Mini swag too!!

Great service and shuttle to shopping I like that the service techs look beyond the reason I brought the car in to see if there are any other potential problems. On this visit, I only requested a state inspection and oil change, but they replaced wiper blades and found a problem with the firmware for my brakes. We will be bringing the car back (or using concierge service) to update the firmware soon.

Vehicle Service Appt Mike Lawson was very good. My vehicle took longer than expected but he did a great job communicating with me on its progress. You guys have greatly improved your morning vehicle intake. It took much less time on this visit!
