Exceptional dealership Courtesy of Jason Stamer as the lead for my car repair. Thorough and caring approach to my issues whenever I bring in cars for service. He understands what "service" means. Great Service Very helpful and pleasant experience. I was quoted a price for new tires and upon getting my car back and going over the service done I was told they misquoted me on the tires initially but already took care of the price difference by comping one of the tires. I would have been fine paying the correct amount of the tires. Shows how great service and how much they want to maintain their honor and trust with their customers.

Excellent Service, Short Wait Time The courteous staff in the Service Dept. upon my arrival, the snacks in the waiting area, and the short wait time. Additionally, my daughter and I had been out attending to errands prior to my service app't. It was windy and heavily raining; therefore, my floor mats were not very clean. However, the mats had been cleaned when I entered my car after the app't.

Pleased with Checkered Flag service Personnel took care of warranty repairs, checked, and washed the car all in a professional manner, and although they made suggestions and recommendations, they did not try to pressure me into buying additional services or repairs that were not covered under the warranty.
