Valli Engine replacement Amy was absolutely phenomenal!!! She kept us informed through the process of replacing the engine to our X3. Amy is a true professional and I would recommend anyone to get her as their car care representative. I give her a 11 out of a possible 10!!!! The neutral rating on question number 2 has absolutely nothing to do with Amy's performance but more to do with the car, I would not recommend a BMW to a friend.

beautiful, clean and friendly dealership Jonothan, my sales person, was great to work with. He made the experience easy and was very professional. Everyone at the dealership from the manager to the finance people were very friendly and nice to interact with.

Great Customer Service Ashley Hunt was superb. She addressed all my concerns with a smile on her face. Even when I seemed skeptical of about the purported problem, she found a way to make me at ease, by helping me to understand what was wrong with my car.
