Excellent Service Department Tim's friendliness during a tough situation was pleasing. Mike's personableness, helpful and informative consideration was appreciated. Loaner car while car is serviced Love that I can get a loaner car while my car is being serviced so my workday can continue as normal.

Friendly Staff Friendly staff. We can overlook other flaws, but if the staff and the service advisor is friendly and respectful that goes a long way in our opinion. We have an older BMW and don't have to bring it to the dealer for service, but do because of the convenience and professionalism experienced at Checkered Flag BMW.

Excellent Customer Service The service representative gave me timely updates on the status of my repair. Although it took a week for the repair, he sent me daily text messages to advise me of the status.
