Excellent service My service rep Mike Lawson was most helpful in getting me a quick appointment even though it was a holiday weekend - getting the work done - the clean and comfortable waiting area allowed me to get caught up on a few things -

Happy Customer I am expected and my loaner car is ready. I am informed of approximate finish time and notified of any extra service that is needed, price and completion time. My care is ready on time and delivered freshly washed. What's not to like. Oh, and the service personnel are welcoming and kind.

Feeddback on Mini Service at Checkered Flag besides quality of work performed -which was EXCELLENT, I place a lot of value on honesty. I was really impressed and actually surprised by the honesty of the service technicians and staff I dealt with at Checkered Flag Mini. I recently moved from an area where this was no the case when obtaining service at dealerships, so I am really glad that I am now able to take my Mini to Checkered Flag.
