Great service Very professional and trustworthy. Quiet. You can read, do homework, or complete work while waiting. Seperate rooms with computers, newspapers. A room with TV to update on daily news. Info on new autos just in case.
Pleased with repair Everyone was polite, professional, and friendly at your dealership. You have a good automated process with bringing vehicles in for appointments. I was able to get right in for an appointment and was pleased with the reasonable cost to the repair. Unfortunately, the cost of a new cupholder unit was too expensive, so I didn't have it replaced.
Checkered Flag: Awesome service department. The service department and especially Ms Ashley Hunt is top-notch. She and her technicians worked the recent problem until they got it right. They kept me updated daily and delivered my car back to me clean and driving like a dream. Thanks!
Complementary loaner car and wash. Complementary loaner car and car wash. i was surprised at a charge for state inspection. My 2011 550iX has been serviced by Checkered Flag since it was new and I've never been charged.
Great service The team goes out of their way to be helpful. I came in to inquire about a part. Talked to Anna who was very knowledgable. She then took me over to introduce me to Tim who would be my service rep contact. Great experience.
