Three Days for an Oil Change and Recall!! I appreciate that you offer to take people home if they need a lift. The service manager Mike had someone take me home and dropped my car off at my house after being at the dealership 3 days, which I appreciated. The car wash and vacuum is nice perk, but definitely not a deal breaker.

Great service Service advisor was great. I only wish that even though my headlights do not have stains they could replace them due to having moisture in them.

Inspection, wipers and check blinkers I love everything about coming in for service at Checkered Flag BMW. The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. They treat everyone so well. I love the shuttle you provide for your customers convenience. The waiting area is nice as well. If I didn't own a BMW I would want to just because of the outstanding customer service!
