I took my 528i in in response to a BMW recall notice. My service adviser, Dan Liddington, met me upon arrival. We quickly got through the necessary paperwork and I was provided with a loaner car for the few hours it would take for the repair and installing some new tires. The car was returned to me a few hours later as promised, washed an vacuumed, and ready to go--great experience! Thank you!

I had to have my 2008 BMW 335i towed to Chapman BMW when the water pump failed. When the car arrived after hours, the receptionist at the front desk was very helpful. My service advisor, Bob Molanik, was extremely helpful throughout the process of getting the car back towed in and fixed. Thanks Chapman BMW.
