I have been dealing with Chapman on Camelback for a number of years and in particular my service adviser Dan Liddington. Dan is professional, knowledgable and always has my interest whenever I bring my car in for servicing. Prior to any work being done Dan always advises with respect to options and preferred ways of proceeding. I would recommend Dan and this service department to anyone who owns a BMW that requires service.

Sammy was exceptional. Unlike most salesmen, he educated me on every aspect of the car and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Usually when it comes to buying a car at a dealership, you dread the experience. Not at Chapman BMW! I felt like a valued customer rather than another bang on the gong! You can clearly tell management values the long-term retention of their customers. I am more than happy with my 2014 320i and will definitely return to this location for any of my future vehicle purchases.

I went in to simply get some general quotes to see the viability of getting a new car. The salesman I spoke with, Sammy was a very knowledgeable individual, he stayed focused and determined to get a deal that would work for the both of us. I ended up closing a deal woth him that night, not something I had originally planned. Michelle in finance was very patient and understanding with my circumstance, she made the experience easy and fun.

I highly recommend working with Joe Lena if you are in the market to purchase or lease a BMW. Have purchased 2 BMW's here and both experiences were A1. Staff in all departments have always been responsive and interested in making sure we were happy with the cars. Excellent place to buy a car. Hey everyone I absolutely love this place.Michael Messer was the rep that helped me he was so awesome! Went to Chapman to check out the x-series bmw’s. We were promptly greeted. We were offered a test drive of an x1. Was rather impressed by the handling and different options to save on gas.
