First, what they offer to sell is incredible and their sales team is awesome. No pressure quality is the name of their game. I highly suggest their team if you are looking for a new ride. In addition to that the service department ALWAYS makes sure you and your car are very well cared for. Again, no pressure and they do not suggest anything that isn't of an absolute need. Great experience! I came in to get an oil change on my BMW and asked Joe some questions about looking into selling my vehicle. At the end I came back the next day to purchase a brand new vehicle from Chapman. I loved that Joe was not pushing me to purchase a new car and made me feel that it was the best decision to trade my old one for a new 2018 2 Series BMW. I am in love with BMW again!
