Steve Murphy is my new BMW guy. I live a few miles from the BMW dealership in North Scottsdale and came to Chapman because of Steve. He is straightforward, honest, and works the best deals. I love my new 750 and will be purchasing all of my future BMWs from Steve. Chapman BMW is a first class dealership. Zane, their car genius, is very helpful and made sure that I am comfortable with all the bells and whistles.

What an outstanding experience from Craig. I recommend anyone interested in a BMW go see him. He explained the i3 so well that we had to get it. We checked out another dealership and they didn't seem interested in providing much information. You have to be passionate about the products you sell and that was something not lacking in this experience. We will be back!

Craig Rusin came highly rated and he did not disappoint !! I came in to buy a certified preowned BMW X3 and the entire experience was a pleasure !! Chapman always very helpfhelpful from just looking to buying service if you have a problem with the car they will get it fixed it will be cleaned and if is going to take long they will loan you a Bmw

JC was good in finding us the vehicle we wanted after we gave him a long list of "must haves" and options. After one cropped up that looked particularly promising, we were on our way to the dealership from out of town -- within about 20 minutes of arriving -- and got the news that the "people" (a euphemism) at Chapman BMW Chandler had another customer who wanted to look at the car and wouldn't wait for us to arrive even though we had pre-arranged for a test drive, so the Chandler "people" in essence commandeered the vehicle ... read more

Trading in and buying our new car from Chapman BMW of Camelback was one of the most pleasant experiences ever. Craig Rusin is top notch! My experience with Craig was off the charts as far as honesty, comfort, trust and respect. We knew we wanted 1 of 2 540i's. The process was no hassle and efficient. If you are thinking about getting into an Ultimate Driving Machine this is the place I highly recommend.

Doug went over and beyond for me yesterday afte my main service guy was out who I think is amazing!! Doug offered me water and even went too pull up my car with ac running!!! He made sure I was taken care off and I left with a smile on my face. Thanks doug!!!
