I was fortunate to be paired with Sammy DeStefano as I came into Chapman Certified Used dealership. He did an excellent job of walking me through how they get the cars they sell and the benefits of certified vs simply used. Bought a BMW elsewhere and took it in for servicing, as it is still under factory warranty. The staff was friendly, honest, knowledgeable and replaced items as needed without hassle or any issues. Only downside is markup on costs for items not covered. Pricing was considerably higher for parts and labor than other outlets for the same BMW parts. Overall, I would work with this location and will probably buy directly from them next time.

We purchased our last two cars from Chapman BMW. Mr. Steve Murphy was our salesman and he handled the sales of both vehicles. (One new X5, a second used i3.) He was outstanding. He explained in detail the pros and cons of the vehicles we were considering and used no pressure to purchase either vehicle.
