Windsheild Great. I called dealership. They ordered windshield & installed it several weeks later. I was provided a vehicle to drive but it only took a few hours for the installation.
BMW X5 Service The BMW service I received was outstanding. My service agent, Colin was extremely professional, timely, and friendly. He maintained constant communications with me during the process, and ensured my transportation needs were met while my vehicle was being serviced. It was a very pleasant experience, and they took great care with my car. They even managed to buff out some scratches that were on my trunk door. Exceptional service!

Flat tire I had flat tire and called for road side assistance towed my car to dealership in Dallas. I came to dealership and customer service said my tire can?t be fix need change for new tire and cost me $334.00 dollars. I decided did not want to pay and leaved with low pressured air . I took my car to the closes discount tire and they fixed it without cost me any penny . I got shock and surprised what the outstanding and excellent service , really appreciated and safely drive home smoothly .
Enjoyed buying a new 2023 M340i Started with the dealer for 7 months waiting for the vehicle to be built and delivered. Although there were a few minor things overlooked, the overall purchase experience was fantastic and I look forward to seeing how the first service experience is going to be.
