Superb Service My buying process was a long one but my salesperson Jessica was with me every step of the way. She kept me updated on my original order and gave me several options when I decided to go in a different direction. I had a flawless delivery with going over every detail of the car, helping me with changing settings and little quirks I may not have figured out on my own.

BMW of Dallas - consistently good service I'm a long time customer of BMW of Dallas; although there are now BMW dealerships closer to my home, I'm stayed with them because there have never been any hassles or problems in getting my car serviced or repaired. The whole experience is pretty relaxed and that's a nice thing.

Used Toyota Highlander Hybrid Excellent dealer, salesperson, and efficient buying process. Because my purchase was not a BMW/Mini but a Toyota Highlander Hybrid, there was less knowledge of the full feature, functionality and nuances of the vehicle, but this was expected. They had the vehicle I wanted and could not find at a Toyota dealership. Finance could have worked harder to find some financial incentives for this end of month/year sale to move a vehicle that had been in inventory 2 months.
