Charles Park took the time to give us all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a X1 that I LOVE. He even spent the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and were set up properly as far as GPS, SiriusXM Radio, CD entertainment system and connecting the blue tooth with our phones etc. I highly recommend Charles Park. I recently went to check out a 435i, as soon as Charles showed me the car and took me for a ride I knew I didn't want to leave without the car. I had come to the dealership with previous knowledge about these cars and Charles knew everything I needed to know and more! The service center in Watertown treated me with amazing care and respect during my latest trials with our 1996 Z3. Eric DuVerger, our service advisor, went over and beyond what I thought a dealer would do for a customer who had an old car. They kept the car for more than two weeks, analyzing how to help us get it through emissions. The emissions test had aborted 8 times this year.
