Honestly, this is the first time that my car buying experience has resembled that of booking a room or buying a flight ticket. It really was an amazing experience and I feel like the salesman was my friend. In all, it probably took me two and a half hours to from the moment I initialed the first contact to getting the car out of the parking lot. Eric was great. I wish BMW corporate would allow oil changes under warranty/maintenance plan more often. They allow changes every 12k miles or 24 months. For those who drive less than 12k/year, 2 years is a long time to go without an oil change. This is BMW corporate's rule and not the dealer. The dealer was good.
My car had a routine oil change. The whole experience was a pleasant one. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. Elizabeth was helpful, pleasant and efficient. Thank you everyone.
Relocated to area,after servicing bmw vehicles at another dealer for 30 years. Very accommodating/ fast check in. Extended themselves to make us feel welcome. Provided a loaner that was not only new but just recvd. i.e..2 odd miles on it. Couldn't have been more helpful. Plan on bringing our other 2010 bmw 5 for a full detail and service update next month.
Howard is friendly and experienced. He was very honest with me in answering my issues. I would highly recommended this dealer service although it's a little far away from from closest dealership. It's worth it to travel a few miles extra.

I was up visiting family in CT from the Baltimore/DC area and needed an oil change. The staff up here were down to earth and very personable. It felt more comfortable than it has been when I go to dealerships in the Baltimore/DC area. Also, was complement on the modifications I made to my 3 series which was a nice bonus
