The dealer was fast and friendly. All service performed on my vehicle was explained clearly to me and I appreciated the fact that they followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied with my vehicle.
I had poor experience with other BMW dealerships in the State of Connecticut as far as having an up to date inventory that accurately matched what was available on the lot as well as different prices being shown online vs. on the vehicle. At BMW of Watertown, I emailed about the car I wanted and received a response indicating it was still available and the price was as shown on the website. I stopped in with a wiper issue, I was not sure if I would need an appointment, Liz who is always accommodating, had them take it right in and I was back on the roar 15 minutes later, problem solved. They have always been prompt and courteous for the last three time I have been in for service. These folks understand the meaning of "Service" First class operation. Thank you all.
The sales person is knowledgeable, friendly and rcommended the right vehicle plus accrptable pricing needed to make the decision. Test drive was a pleasure and document preparation was efficient.
