I had poor experience with other BMW dealerships in the State of Connecticut as far as having an up to date inventory that accurately matched what was available on the lot as well as different prices being shown online vs. on the vehicle. I stopped in with a wiper issue, I was not sure if I would need an appointment, Liz who is always accommodating, had them take it right in and I was back on the roar 15 minutes later, problem solved.
