I purchased a new 2017 X5 from Dennis Smith of BMW Watertown. From the very beginning Dennis was low pressure knowledgeable and very patient. Dennis answered all of my questions had great follow up, and made sure I got a fair price. I would highly recommend BMW of Watertown/Hoffman. I would also recommend that you use for Dennis Smith as your client advisor.
No significant problems. A lot of paperwork/computer entry to be done by the associate- maybe because it was my first service visit - took a little longer than I anticipated
I haven't had an easier experience in the last 20 years of driving than I have had here. I have been here three times now and will definitely be back.
Dennis was so incredibly patient. I was torn between two vehicles....he never rushed me or tried to push me into a car. It took me a couple of days to decide....once I made up my mind on the car I loved he made sure everything went smoothly. I love my car and will definitely be back with Dennis when it's time for another! Charlie was great handling all the necessary paperwork. It was a nice easy signing! No surprises and everything was explained clearly.
Just leased another vehicle, 2017 x3, from BMW of Watertown and Dennis Smith. These folks are fantastic, no pressure, accurate and of course friendly and easy to do business with. I would highly recommend this dealership. I would also highly recommend Dennis Smith as your sales person.

Positive experience. Sales person was very helpful and eager to make things work out. I am very happy with my new car. And really like that when my car needs servicing, they will come to my home and pick up my car and drop off a loaner.
