Charles Park, Charlie, Donnie Frost and Joe Durante are the best foursome to deal with. I've purchased and leased many cars and my experience with these four at BMW of Watertown was the most positive. All questions were addressed and answered to my satisfaction. And the BMW Genius is making a house call to help me program my garage door opener and to go over some areas I'm not sure of. The service is unbelievable.

Once again another painless trip for service. Dropped off my car, picked up a beautiful loaner, returned later in the day to find my car hand washed and waiting for me. Gotta love it.
I was very pleased with my experience at Hoffman BMW in Watertown, CT on Friday, March 17. They acquired and programmed a new key for me and also serviced my car. Eric Duverger was my service rep. He was courteous, accommodating and thorough. I appreciated that he came back to the waiting area several times to give me the status of the work being done. The process was fast and efficient.
I have been there several times in the last couple of months for different issues that was covered by warranty and every time Eric made it a pleasant experience, made sure I drove with the tech to insure all the noises that were mentioned were heard....Execellent service
