I brought my 228xi in for an oil change, but also had a question about the automatic engine shut-off feature. The oil change was as expected--with fluids topped off and all else checked out. The question was answered, And, given the grunginess of the car's exterior after our recent snowstorm, I was delighted to see that it now looked spectacular after a careful hand washing.
Dropped car off at 7:45, picked up loaner vehicle went to the gym for two hours returned the car everything complete. Awesome experience. I didn't need to wait even a second. Elizabeth was the friendliest person I ever met.
Very easy to get appointment. Convenient date. Dropped off and contacted me when ready. Addressed everything related to lease. Had no issues or concerns afterwards.
Like I said..service and attention to detail was excellent. No problems. The service lady was very attentive to my needs and the car was serviced in a very short time frame.
It was pretty smooth and the transaction went along so well. From the time that we test drove the car to the final signing of the deal. Charles, our salesman was very accommodating and well mannered and his knowledge of the car was quite impressive.
I stopped into Hoffman BMW in Watertown a couple of weeks ago to simply view a car I saw online. I had the fortunate opportunity of meeting Mr. Karl Turshani. I've always been happy with the service department at BMW of Watertown. My experience this time was also positive and I thought Harold Harford was very proactive and friendly. I also was happy with the service in the parts department.

Went in for oil change; service was friendly and efficient; they recommended additional maintenance service and pricing and additional time frame if done on that day..when i declined they provided me with recommended work and cost for future reference.they washed my car and off i went.. very positive experience.
