This place has the worst customer service I have ever received. Not only do they lie or give misrepresentation/misinformation, but they fail to take any responsibility for their actions. My trade-in was given the lowest possible amount because they knew I was in a pinch and they use 328i they sold me had problems as soon as I drove it off the lot! My wife and I called regarding a used vehicle on Friday.On Saturday we received the particulars on the vehicle. The representative we spoke to said it was still on the lot and avaialable. They were having the bumpers painted but we could look at it. We are from Virginia Beach and drove to the dealership on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. We really were excited to see the car. Editing my review, since after purchase of the vehicle, service has gone downhill fast. My wife and I recently visited BMW of Alexandria to purchase a CPO 2009 BMW 335i convertible. We had found the car we want at Alexandria's website and were connected with Paul after making an inquiry. Prior to my visit, Paul was great with communicating via email and having things setup so that we we arrived we were able to look at the car and discuss the purchase. This Service department is big scam. All you BMW owners if you do take your care over there make sure the service is done. Because they tell you something else and works is done incomplete and they are waiting for you car to break down so they can make money on it I guess. I rather take my car to Sterlng or Fairfax.
I found a Mercedes E320 there for a good price. But I was treated the worst I've ever been treated at a dealership. They have yet to fix the scratches on the bumper that they promised to fix when I purchased the car - (I have it in writing, I emailed them pictures of the screatches, and no response). I didn't get my license plates and registration until after the temporary tags were expired. I bought a used (2009 BMW328xi) car from Paul Blakeman at BMW of Alexandria and couldn't have had a better experience. The first time I went in, he asked if we could get a deal done that night and I told him if everything worked out perfect we could but that I doubted it. I was trying to trade in a used car and wanted to get the most I could for that. We ended up spending close to three hours and I left with a lot more knowledge but no car. This dealership has an attitude problem. It is in a rich area so don't expect them to give you any attention if you just want to buy a 3 series. Too bad, I went and bought one from another dealer.

If the rating above could be LESS THAN ONE STAR, I would have put it in the NEGATIVE STARS Honesty and integrity - went out the window when I was told that my car was backed into a trash can. Before visiting BMW of Alexandria , i visited BMW of Fairfax which is one of the Worst customer service for sales i ever had and then i found a car in BMW of Springfield but that was just sold out and then found a car in BMW of Alexandria and then immediately i called them there i found my car Guy( Paul Blakeman) , Then i took an appointment with paul and then i went and saw the car .
