"My Experience" I am very upset with the BMW of Alexandria's Service Department. This is the second time in a row that they managed to really screw up. Allen Hilbert should be made accountable for the latest screw-up. He calls me and recommends a service makes appointment and drags me to the dealership messing up my calendar (And I do have a very busy calendar). Only to not be there, as it was his day off!!! "Dishonest and unprofessional" I will never return here again. The representatives are only nice until you start asking them questions. When I asked them to walk me through what was wrong with the car, I was told that I "wasn't a mechanic", which I found confusing because I had never told them my profession and I happen to be a woman. If you do come here to get your car serviced, ask them to walk you through their process and diagnosis. "Very unprofeasional ans dishonest " Spoke to Alp Seyhan (salesman) and Omar Stwodah (used car manager) about a vehicle i was i interested in purchase. We spoke over a few days made the deal and even signed. Made plans with my bank to finance the vehicle. I was supposed to go in Monday to finalize everything. "Poor Service Operation" We purchased two cars from this dealer in the past year or so, for cash. No customer loyalty. I scheduled an 8:30 appointment for an oil change, which was confirmed by the dealership. When I arrived I was informed that there were no loaners (no rental offered) and that there was no point in waiting because the car wouldn't be ready until the next day. "Overnight for oil change " I had an appointment with them for routine oil change. Even though they want to keep the car overnight! And the customer service person (Greg) was lazy and very rude. They didn’t even care about my feedback afterwards
I asked the four dealerships in my area for their price on a 2018 M240i. BMW of Alexandria gave me the best price. My sales associate is Osman Aberra. He was totally committed to my satisfaction through the entire process. He carefully explained everything including the ordering process, the production time and delivery process. He apologized to me when BMW NA wouldn’t allow me to order the HK sound system without ordering the premium package. The car arrived a day ahead of schedule. I started a relationship with this dealership several years ago, when they were located on South Fern St. The overall experience and level of customer service has consistently been good. Thanks to Rahmi, I recently made a third purchase.
I arrived at this dealership on Monday, June 5, 2017, at 7:25 a.m. to drop my vehicle off for service and pick up a loaner. At 8:25 a.m., exactly one hour later, I left the dealership after having requested to have my vehicle back so that I could go on to work. First, it should not have taken this long. I had completed all paperwork and was waiting for a loaner. After sitting and waiting for a while, I decided to go and inquire as to the status of loaners. I don't know what I was thinking bringing my BMW back here for service! I really don't think the service department is trustworthy. The worse thing about it is I bought my car from them! Next time I will go elsewhere. It has been constantly painful to deal with them over the lifetime of my BMW. You can tell they have issued as they appear to have a high turnover rate among their service writers and service managers. My advice GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
