"Friendly Service" Friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive staff made my buying experience easy and a total pleasure. I would come back to Otto’s anytime I wanted to buy another car. Service on my old BMW is consistently great here too.

"Best car buying experience ever" My recent buying experience with Scott Gately at Otto's BMW was hands down the best car buying experience I have had. "Great Genius service!" Had a great Genius appointment with Brian Menda last weekend to learn about the technology in my new BMW. As this is not my first BMW many of the features are already familiar, but Brian was still able to teach me many new things and answer all my questions. He’s very knowledgeable and great at tailoring the information to the knowledge level of the owner. Highly recommend taking the time for this appointment!
