"Scott Gately I am Your Client for Life" As a returning client, Dallas matched me with Scott Gately we were a perfect match - he was so patient and gentle and gave me all the facts and concerns about my car selections. When my Mini Pomeranian "Luna" jumped out of her bag to love him it sealed the deal. Today I came back with questions and concerns - he gave me a loaner to look at my car and give me a double check. "Nice dealer experience" I live in Northern VA and saw an M3 at Otto's on cars.com...i called Otto's and bought the car over the phone after a brief conversion with Heath...their price was fair and Heath even gave me a good deal, without even seeing the car, on my 2012 FX-35...upon arrival, Heath had the car, the paperwork and everything else squared away...after a brief tutorial on the car, i was out the door in about 45 minutes... a nice car buying experience.
