"Genius!" This is the second time I’ve worked with Brian Menda in his role as “Genius”. I learned quite a bit from him 3 years ago with my first experience with IDrive. This go around focused on the newer technology associated with my 530e. Brian has a great way of understanding what you know already and then extending that knowledge such that you can take full advantage of the available technology. The hour plus flew by and proved that even us “older folks” can learn a few new things everyday!

"the usual excellent customer service" I have been buying / leasing BMWs from Otto's through Justice Mogano for 12 years now. The service is always stellar.
