Otto’s BMW has renewed their facility which is very convenient for customers who decide to wait while their caris being serviced. There are tables or sitting areas available with free Wi-Fi, coffee, water and snacks. Staff is very knowledgeable and corteous. If you don’t want to wait, a loaner BMW is always available for you to use. Great place to service your BMW or Mini!
Joe Izzi was very knowledgeable and corteous, and did everything to meet and exceed my expectation from the service. All my concerns were resolved and even more, the service team found another safety issue with my vehicle and fixed it, with Joe’s direct involvement and supervision. I went into the dealership expecting to have to battle for a fair deal on the vehicle I wanted to purchase.
