From the moment I talked to Joe over the phone I knew my experience was gonna be great. He made the whole transition from making the appointment, dropping off the car and pick up a breeze. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Only thing I wasn’t happy was with the wash, I dropped off a clean car and got it back with water stains on the body and streaks on the windows. But that’s minimal compared to Joe’s professionalism ......Joe Keep up the good work!

Ian Martin went out of his way to find the interior seating package that was not being offered within the BMW site build. The color and leather options just didn't suit what I wanted and he was able to navigate around that issue to get just what I wanted. This type of care is what earns my respect and rating as reflected above in addition to courtesy and patience shown to me during the buy process.

My husband and I recently purchased a pre-owned BMW from Otto’s and the experience was great. We found the car online and decided to come in to see if we liked the car as much in person as well as whether it fit our needs. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get a sitter and had to bring our two young kids with us so I’m sure we weren’t the ideal customers to deal with but everyone at Otto’s, especially our sales associate Justice, were very accommodating. Otto’s was extremely professional and made it very easy to buy my new X3. They simplified all of the paperwork, took care of many of the obligations in advance, and then when I picked up the car it was show ready and in its own garage. They really do know how to make you feel well taken care of.
