This was my first BMW purchaae, although I have purchased many luxury autos. From the moment I communicated with the internet adviser and ultimately with Ian Martin the salesmen our experience was excellent! We recently received our 2018 530i xDrive. As with the latest generation of cars there are quite a few features to learn and get accustomed to. BMW has a Genius Program that is available to help the new owners become familiar with their new car. However, most helpful to us was working with Brian Menda. Brian has been doing customer interaction work for quite a while and has a deep knowledge of BMW cars. Most importantly, Brian is a very good communicator. Fell in love with the brand and the Otto's BMW dealership 3 years ago when I got my first BMW from Ben Drake. 3 years later, I was assigned to Ian Martin. Cristina was very helpful going over all of the technology features of my new vehicle. I travel from Delaware to get my car serviced from Otto's even though there is a closer dealership because Otto's has always treated me fairly.

Bought a CPO 750, and the process couldn't have been easier or done more smoothly. Clear communications, simple process and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They gave you the information you needed, asked good questions, but didn't push. Overall very nice work by Ian Martin
