Dan who sold us the car is great. Wilmer the used car sales manager is great. Noel gave us a great deal on tire and wheel warranty (which every BMW owner should buy). And Ethan who delivered the car was detailed and knowledgeable. Thank you ottos we will be back!

"Great Customer Service & Patience" Just bought a Certified Used BMW from Otto's BMW in West Chester from Jay Miller who was very pleasant. Took home a car and wasn't happy with it. I called the next day and spoke with Wilmer Rodriquez, sales manager, - he was kind, understanding and was amazingly accommodating.
