"Another Great Experience " Just leased my 4th BMW from Otto's, working with Scott. Working with Scott was the most efficient, low stress experience. Even though I live in Philly, I continue to come out to Otto's because it's a great experience. Looking forward to working with Scott again for the next one!

"Excellent experience!!" I recently visited Otto's BMW with the intent on finding a newer model car to replace my trusty 2011 328i X-Drive. I had my mind set on a Certified Pre-Owned car, either an X3 with the turbo 4 cylinder or an X5 with the turbo 6 cylinder. I drove both and decided on the X3. "Amazing and efficient servixe" We have been going to Ottos BMW for the last 7-8 years. We were given Scott’s reference by a dear friend and changed from our local bmw dealership down the road to Ottos which is a food 30 minute drive. Scott made the process so seamless and was accommodating to all our needs. He was fair and very reasonable In our negotiations with him. This is our third time with Scott and it gets better and better every time. I look forward to our journey for many many more miles!

"Scott is the best! " This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! This was the quickest and most efficient process I’ve ever encountered. Scott was great, educated and he made the transaction smooth as possible. Unless I move across country I don’t think I’ll buy a car from anyone else! Scott keep up the great work!

"Really glad to have chosen Otto's." I bought the car about a week ago and couldn't be happier. Justice, my salesman was exceptional throughout the process. He knew literally everything there is to know about the car and financing it. I will definitely be recommending this dealership and especially Justice to anyone looking for a bmw.

"Excellent Service" I went to Otto's to check out the new M340i. I met with Ian and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. The car was not at the dealership but Ian setup an appointment at my convenience to have the car there for me to look over and test drive the model car. When it came time to talk numbers, Ian was honest and straightforward with me and with Wilmer's help, was able to work out a great deal for me. "Easy, straightforward process" I like to buy my cars at the dealer that will service them so when Ian was willing to work out numbers over email before I came in, buying from Otto's was a no brainer. Combine that with a large selection of inventory and convenient location, and it really makes Otto's the clear choice for BMW shopping.

"Friendly people and easy process" I walked in with the intention of purchasing a certified pre owned X5, and Jay could not have made it easier. He took me around the lot, giving me the perfect amount of detail without over-doing it like everyone knows salespeople can do.
