"Information from Raheem " Yesterday I met with Raheem Barnett, who was a BMW Genius with plenty of information about my new X-3. He had a great combination of BMW knowledge while pleasantly emphasizing the info I was interested in.

"Hard to impress a a customer experience executive..." On my way to Father’s Day dinner my wife’s truck decided it’s transmission had had enough and then my wife decided she was done driving a crew cab pickup truck and she was going to drive something “fun and classy”. "Simply easy car buying experience" I went to the dealership to buy BMW (CPO). Scott was very professional and straight forward during the buying process. This was one of my quickest no nonsense car buying experience. Walking in the dealership and driving the car out from the dealership in less than 3 hours!! Scott is the best salesman that I have ever dealt with and when I buy another BMW, I will call Scott Gately.
"Scott for President 2020" I'm not a fan of high pressure sales pitches to say the least. Scott was easy going, professional, and friendly. Basically the opposite of your stereotypical car salesman. I'd previously visited another BMW dealership and left feeling like I didnt belong, but Otto's didnt have that vibe at all.
"Enjoyable, efficient and easy car buying experience " From the first greeting at the impressive dealership to the thorough orientation to my new X5 , my experience at Otto’sBmw was first class. Scott Gately did a great job of explaining the leasing process completely, doing all the necessary paperwork quickly, and even picked me up from the Audi dealership minutes after I’d turned in my car. It was definitely worth driving a little farther from my home to visit Otto’s.
