"Hard to impress a a customer experience executive..." "Simply easy car buying experience" I went to the dealership to buy BMW (CPO). Scott was very professional and straight forward during the buying process. This was one of my quickest no nonsense car buying experience. Walking in the dealership and driving the car out from the dealership in less than 3 hours!! Scott is the best salesman that I have ever dealt with and when I buy another BMW, I will call Scott Gately.

"Scott for President 2020" I'm not a fan of high pressure sales pitches to say the least. Scott was easy going, professional, and friendly. Basically the opposite of your stereotypical car salesman. I'd previously visited another BMW dealership and left feeling like I didnt belong, but Otto's didnt have that vibe at all.
