"I love Otto's" I took delivery of a 2019 530i in late January. As usual, (this is the 5th BMW that I have purchased at Otto's) I had a great buying experience from beginning to end. "Lease on a new 330i GT" Coming out of a lease from another dealership, my new lease experience with Otto's and Heath Cameron was a pleasure. "Customer Oriented Sales and Services" Our family has purchased several BMWs from Otto's. The sales experience is focused on the customer and the customer's interests and needs. Justice Mogano is honest, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. The sales experience was fantastic. We have also found that service on the cars has been excellent, as well. Highly recommend this dealership and Justice Mogano.

"Great experience!" Overall my experience at Otto’s was fantastic. Heath Cameron was knowledgeable, efficient, and great to work with. It felt as though he was generally interested in taking care of meeting my goals. Heath’s actions allowed me to make the hand in of my BMW coming off lease as economical as possible. Lastly, I appreciated the no pressure approach when I declined additional car service and protection packages. Would return to Otto’s without hesitation!

"Justice is a really smart and thoughtful sales person" This is my third vehicle transaction with Otto's and with Justice. Every time it has been positive. I trust Justice to make sure I am treated fairly and he always delivers. The remodeled store is a knock out!. I highly recommend both Justice and Otto's .
"Great!" Ian was great, he helped throughout the whole process. While my care wasn't at the dealership yet he sent me home with a loaner. The customer service is outstanding and by far the easiest to work with. Definitely will be returning.
