"I love Otto's" I took delivery of a 2019 530i in late January. As usual, (this is the 5th BMW that I have purchased at Otto's) I had a great buying experience from beginning to end. I also convinced my son to purchase a new BMW from Otto's last year. Ralph Nofsinger is a great salesperson with high integrity and a laid back customer focus. "Great!" Ian was great, he helped throughout the whole process. While my care wasn't at the dealership yet he sent me home with a loaner. The customer service is outstanding and by far the easiest to work with. Definitely will be returning.
