"Excellent Service " Otto's BMW is best location to buy car as I had very good experience while buying car and Encore service. At this center, client Advisor "Noel Montesano" helped for buying car and, BMW Genius "Raheem Barnett" helped for Encore session and, both are provided best services. Overall I had really good experience with "Noel Montesano" and "Raheem Barnett" at Otto's BMW location and, I recommend this center.

"Pleasant experience!" No sales pressure! Scott was very friendly and great to work with. Everyone was very courteous. We bought a used vehicle and they did a great job detailing it. May be back later to purchase a used BMW.

"Worth the drive" I drove 150+ miles to get to the dealership so I didn't want any unexpected surprises when I got there. There were none and Scott was accommodating of my various requests, including a 2nd test drive.
