"Great service from Ian Martin!" My wife and I were very happy with the attention, professionalism and dedication we received from Ian Martin. We also want to thank Raheem Barnett for all the useful tips during our X1 test-drive and Chad Wood for the attention and patience with all the paperwork. This is our first BMW and of course we already knew it's a great car, but the attention and level of service we saw from everyone at Otto's BMW West Chester really make a difference. "Excellent customer service" I recently bought another BMW from Otto's, working with Heath Cameron. As with the previous cars I purchased from Heath, this was a European delivery, and Heath is knowledgeable about the process and did a great job of doing the extra work that a European pick up can require. On my return, Raheem Barnett did a thorough job of taking me through the details of the software platform for the 430xi, and it is even better than the previous version. Thank you Heath and Raheem!
