"Top notch service and knowledgeable courteous staff" I have purchased four cars from Otto's and have had a good experience with each even though one had to be returned to the factory as defective. Otto's and BMW stand behind their products. I have come to like the staff members vey much and I feel like they go above and beyond what is required to meet my expectations. They are the best dealership by far that I have ever dealt with and I plan to continue to do business with them in the future.

"Replacement vehicle" Ian was professional and courteous made my son feel comfortable in a trying time after his old BMW was totaled in a parking lot. Found the car online and came to see it. Ian found it on the lot and gave us the rundown. Son happy! Would go back and ask for Ian again.

"Scott and the crew are extremely attentive, great experience" This lifelong VW/Audi driver wanted to try something new, and on the advice of a friend, I went to Otto's. Scott Gately, Brian, and the rest of the employees were nice, attentive, thorough, and the experience was perfect. Oh, and I love the car too. They treat the used/CPO 3-series owner the same way they treat the buyer of a new 7-series.
