"Great Dealership and Salesman!" Just finished my purchase of a certified X3 at Otto's BMW. The salesman, Ian Welsh, was AWESOME! He was attentive, affable and expeditious. It was a pleasure dealing with him. This was my first BMW purchase and I am looking forward to a great relationship with the dealership.
"Working with Ian Welsh" Ian was awesome to work with. I had an idea of what I wanted but changed my mind multiple times. Ian gave suggestions and was always available by phone or text. We had also bought my husbands car from Ian in the summer and wanted to return this time around to work with him. He’s a good guy, very honest and trustworthy.

"Buying a slightly used BMW 430 I Xdrive Grand Coupe " This was my first time buying a BMW, I went to many dealers within a 250 mile radius from where I live searching for the exact vehicle I wanted. "Raheem Barnett - excellent customer service " Today I went to Otto’s BMW and had the car low tire fixed. Then I asked if they can help me set up the audio Bluetooth and charging issue. I was directed to the front desk. The tech genius Raheem helped me set up the Bluetooth and found the charger had problem. He is very helpful and patient to answer my questions. "Great Training!" Brian Menda is an excellent "trainer". I have a 2019 530 and it is VASTLY different than my old 328. I am so thankful that Otto's makes people like Brian available to go over all the benefits the car offers. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, and very patient. I know he does this sort of thing (training) day after day, but he showed no signs of it being a "routine" thing for him. He was very patent, upbeat and did not make me feel foolish for not knowing what various car functions were. He was really great!... read more
"Excellent Encore Review" Raheem did a very informative review of the features of our new X3. He was waiting for us when we arrived at our appointment time. He answered all our questions and went over features we did know we had. He followed up quickly on a question and even provided a photo to ensure the was no confusion. Great Job!
