"Excellent Experience!" I purchased a certified pre-owned 5-series through Otto's. They had a great selection of vehicles to choose from. Everyone that we interacted with was a true professional. "Best car buying experience I’ve ever had" This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Scott did a fantastic job of familiarizing us with the vehicle, showed extreme patience with us, no pressure, and gave us our deal in writing. We were very impressed that Scott handled everything ands did not have to run back and forth to a manager or finance person. We’re are truly pleased with all aspects handled by Scott.
"Knowledgeable, friendly, great customer service." World class organization and facility. The sales process is beautifully designed and executed, and all the personnel at the dealership really seem to enjoy being there. That makes it fun and efficient for the buyer. And Ian Martin read us very well; he got us to the key points quickly and helped us make a decision without any confusion or wasted effort. I would definitely recommend Ian and Otto's BMW.
