"Encore Follow-up Technical Review" Otto's BMW has an interesting service. They wait a few weeks after purchase of a new car and then invite you back for an "encore" training session to go over questions on the car's features. Raheem Barnett was the BMW Encore trainer for us. He did an outstanding job going over all of our questions about the car. He had very good customer service skills. He made the experience fun. Otto's BMW is a great auto dealer and service facility. I highly recommend them.

Despite the 30 minute drive to the dealership, I always go to Otto's for service and for sales. The service department is outstanding. "An Excellent Relationship" I have just gotten my second new car from Otto's. I went back to them because of the excellent relationship I have had with them over the years. My salesperson is Jay Miller who is extremely knowledgeable and most helpful. Jay put me in touch with Brian Menda who is schooling me on the ins and outs of the new technology on my car.
