Our cf-32-6-b has lasted us for 20 years with regular maintenance. It's time to replace it so definitely getting another Bradford White!
San Antonio Texas I just discovered we have a Bradford White electric water heater. Our home was built in 2008 and the water heater lasted till 2024. Time for a new one. I drained it once, not much sediment. Never leaked. No knocking noises.
We installed a Bradford White gas water heater in 2012 and never had any issues to date ( 2024 ) despite no flushing as recommended. Excellent product made in USA. Highly recommended.
Our Bradford white lowboy 40 gal water heater was installed in 1966. It developed a leat from rust on 4-19-24. I would say that was a pretty good run. Never had any issues with it's operation. Fixing to replace it with another Bradford white 40 gal lowboy.
My home was built in 1993 and I have lived in it all but 5 of the 30 years since, so I know the maintenance of the water heater...there has been none. Absolutely nothing done. I installed 60 gallon gas heater while remodeling our home after Hurricane Katrina flooded our neighborhood. The Bradford White water heater was installed 12 / 2006. My FORD WHITE 50 GAL WATER HEATER WAS INSTALL JUNE 2007 AND LASTRD UNTILL JULY 2023. 16 YEARS. WONDERFUL PRODUCT AND I JUST REPLACED WITH ANOTHER BRADFORD WHITE 50 GAL HEATER.. WHAT MORE NEEDS TO BE SAID!!!
Just replaced a Bradford White that was installed 4 years ago. It short circuited where the reset button was and caught the insulation on fire. I was 6 months out before the warranty would run out. They replaced it free of charge, but I did have to pay to have it installed. Received the same model as the last, hope it lasts longer than the previous.
