He did a wonderful job on my eyelids - results were terrific Dr. Kotlus did a wonderful job on my eyelids. He was very professional and easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable moving forward with the procedure. My results were terrific. I'm glad I found him!
Dr. Kotlus is a gem. I have gone to him for both injectables and surgery. With every procedure he listens to what I’d like and shows me what is and isn’t possible. As a result, I feel informed to make the best decisions for myself. This, combined with Dr. Kotlus’s artistry and “bedside manner,” is worthy of tremendous recommendation.

Absolutely amazing lower eye blepharoplasty for under eye bags I have had under eye bags for over 15 years (since I was 29 years old). Over the years, I spent thousands of dollars on eye creams or gimmicky procedures to try and get rid of my bags and of course nothing worked. New bag under the right eye after lower blepharoplasty fat removal & laser Hello, It took me a while to write this review because I wanted my results to settle and make sure that what I was seeing was the final result. Very personable and available - excellent from the first appt Very personable and available. Excellent experience from the first appt. I will stick with this dr indefinitely. He did not try to upsell and actually talked me out of an extra procedure. I would record moment him to anyone.
Amazing experience - my results came out exactly like I hoped Dr. Kotlus was warm, professional, and walked me through my options in a straightforward manner. I felt listened to and my results came out exactly like I hoped! His office staff is kind and helped me get an appointment after months on the waitlist. Highly recommend him - very happy with my Botox brow lift Dr. Kotlus is an amazing doctor! Aside from being s plastic surgeon, he is an oculoplastic surgeon and therefore has specialized knowledge about the eyes and eye area- (a specialist like this was important to me when dealing with my eyes.)
