I can not say enough good words about Dr. Kotlus I can not say enough good words about Dr. Kotlus. He is brilliant as a professional and the sweetest and kindest person. I feel fortunate to have found him. He did my upper lids a few months ago and I can not be happier with the results. He also did my Botox, and for the first time ever my face doesn't feel like a slab of concrete, I just love his approach (less is more) and completely trust his eye and opinion.
My eyes exactly look the same minus the eye bags I just want to say that Dr. Kotlus is a true artist when it comes to the eyes . I had my eye bags removed with fat transfer to eyelid cheek junction . I feel so much like myself and my eyes are back . I can't explain in words that Dr.Kotlus has literally given my best feature back to me. So glad I went ahead with this - it took years off my face So wanted to post here since it's been 6 months since my surgery :) As a male in my mid 30s was really hard to find reviews from others in my demographic, so hoping this is helpful for those who were like me. He did an amazing job, particularly with the under eye bags I had both an upper and lower blepharoplasty done 3 months ago, having significant upper lid droopiness and under eye bags. Dr. Kotlus did an amazing job, particularly with the under eye bags, that required fat injections to fill in the area. There is still some swelling that I was told will subside by 6 months. Don't hesitate! I look 8 years younger after chin implant with neck lipo I cannot recommend Dr Kotlus enough! He is the type of surgeon that anyone would want! His work ethics are top priority, he truly cares for his patients, and is not in this to make a quick buck, like many other surgeons I have met in the past. He will tell you if he doesn't feel that a procedure is either right for you, or if it is too early. He does not push for "work". 53 year old male - Look significantly younger I'm an extremely particular and experienced consumer when it comes to cosmetic procedures. Dr. Kotlus is one of the best I've encountered in almost 25 years of doing procedures.
