FOOD WAS POOR. SERVICE HORRID. TOURISTY AND NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY.
We booked this Diner for breakfast and had a terrible experience. First of all we checked and after waiting 30 minutes were still waiting at the bar along with 20 other people. Upon enquiring how much longer the booking system showed that the person who checked us in and done it incorrectly and they didn't know we were there. 9which was quite funny as this was the manager)They did seat us quickly after this but we waited a further 20 mins to be waited on and to be informed that they had run out of all types of pancakes and F... read more
We have eaten at the Brooklyn Diner before going to theatre several times over the years. The food has really deteriorated. Very expensive for what you get. Will not go back.
Didn't have anything we ordered so asked for the bill and ordered a taxi. As we were leaving turned up with our order and expected us to pay!
It was hot and sweaty which was gross. I paid 30 bucks for shitty nothing, DONT GET THE 25 DOLLAR BREAKFAST. Th I never write reviews but I had to here.
we'd eaten there last year and were eager to go back again. however, the menu had changed and it was difficult to find something on the menu to order. they also changed the baker of their coconut cake, which was one of the reasons we went back, and it was still pretty good but not as good as last time.
Food took over 30 mins to be served. Should be noted that breakfast is not served past 1115 which is odd because it's marketed as a diner. That's why I booked the restaurant. Server was sweet and accommodating but i would not recommend not come back.
Food was fair, no children's menu.
Wanted to like it but they were clearly struggling to handle the breakfast crowd and neither of us liked the food enough to go back. That said, lunches looked better, could be a good place for a burger.
