Quite disappointed in our experience here. The food was not all that great and the service was unbelievably slow. Drinks went unfilled and the food left a lot to be desired.

Five of us ate dinner at this restaurant because of its close proximity to a show we were attending. We knew the food was high-priced, but figured it was worth it for the convenience. Some of the food was fine, but some was mediocre. In addition, the kitchen ran out of a side dish and made a substitution on two of our orders without asking us what we would have preferred. We never saw our waiter again after he took our order. We had to flag down other employees to get additional beverages, have our water refilled, and order ... read more

My family and I booked here with great trepidation because of mixed reviews online. Sadly our misgivings were proved correct. Food was tasty but service was extremely poor. Children's burgers arrived though fries were cold. We ordered chicken pot pie but sent it back because it was cold! In the meantime noodle kugel arrived which we ate before pot pie was served again (children had finished by this time) and vegetable hash arrived when we had eaten our pot pie - so sent that back. I've not had a main course served as a three... read more

I ordered a pastrami sandwich, my wife a cheeseburger. My bread was stale the pastrami was thick chunks of tough and fatty meat. My wife's burger was not cooked (she ordered medium/well) . They took my sandwich off the bill. Just plain lousy don't waste your time and money!

This was recommended by a hotel concierge. While the diner has white table clothes, there is nothing upscale about it other than prices. Didn't get seated until 15 min after reservation and would have been longer if we had not spoken up. They had forgotten about us. The food was not good at all - onion rings arrived cold. Portions were too large - would rather healthier selections and less volume. Will not go back. However, the location was very good.

The setting and the service were excellent. The food was not; eggs appeared to be micro-waved, oatmeal was watery, bagel "tower" with lox/cream cheese was a scanty serving. Not worth the very high prices -- but not even worth it, if it cost less.

We've been here MANY times, but this might have been the last. Almost $100 for 2 burgers, 2 sodas, a cup of tea & a cup of coffee? Unheard of! Not only has the menu changed since our last visit (my fave dish wasn't even on the menu any longer), but the prices seem to have gone up as well. Also, if you're going to put salt shakers on the table, then make a choice: regular, everyday salt shakers with table salt, OR rock salt in a grinder, but don't put rock salt in a regular shaker because it doesn't shake through the holes!!!... read more

Even though the name of this restaurant says "Diner," don't be fooled. The prices look nothing like diner prices. $21 for a hot dog! Really? And while the portions are large and the food is generally tasty, the place is noisy and overcrowded. We had a reservation but still had to wait 10 minutes. I felt sorry for the people at the tables because these seated diners were surrounded by new customers waiting to get a table – peering down on them as they ate their meal, waiting for them to pay the bill and leave.

The space between tables are so uncomfortable , the restaurant does not have good distribution.
