Came out next day, fixed problem but very expensive. $38.00 OEM part, 40 minute call, cost $478. A little steep I think.

Brower Mechanical gets high marks for returning my call, being available same day, and resolving my issue quickly before the 100 degree day became unbearable. Ryan W called ahead and arrived on time. He was courteous and professional and was immediately accepted by my protective Doberman! She's ultimately the best judge of character...Got HVAC problems? Call Brower Mechanical!!

I could not appreciate Braeden more, he agreed to come out on an emergency call to get our AC running again on the 4th of July. He arrived within an hour of calling and within 15 minutes found the problem. Saved us from a miserable weekend. We even signed up for the maintenance program, because of the great service. We used Bonney in the past, they wanted us to wait 5 days in the heat. So glad we found much better service. We will be requesting that Braeden take care of our system going forward. Thank you very much!

Long story short we were saved thousands of dollars (no exaggeration) when Mike from Brower Mechanical came out to give us a second opinion on a previous company's work and recommendations. What we found was that we were being ripped off by the other company. Our HAVAC issue was corrected for less than $900.00. when the other company said our only real option was a new unit costing 15 to 20 thousand dollars. This is the company we will call again when the need arises.

We needed a maintenance check on our heating and air conditioning units but were wondering if that would be a good idea with a virus spreading around. It was. Brower Mechanical provided quick, professional service. Their technician was very knowledgable, nice and polite. He wore a mask, and he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable having him in our home by keeping his distance. We are very happy with Brower Mechanical's exceptional level of service. Mike in Sales explained everything we would be interested in installing very well and gave us a tour of the showroom. He was very friendly and welcoming. We are very happy and we are enjoying our new furnace, air conditioner, whole house fan, and our new windows. Our experience with Brower has been excellent. We have used them three times now and have always been pleased. Our heating and air technician, Jason, has been thorough in examining the units and in explaining why minor repairs were necessary. Coby, who does insulation and duct inspection, was likewise very thorough. This is my 3rd call out for someone to come look at my A/C unit in the past year. I will say that they are very efficient and Mike is a nice guy with great customer service! However, I find it hard to believe that they charge $70.00 dollars to switch back a breaker that was off (which Im skeptical about) My husband knows how to switch back breakers when they are off. Not happy with the outcome of feeling ripped off.

My 5-star review is for Mike H. His level of service is higher than previous technicians and he also gave me info on the type of filter I should be using instead of the reusable ones we've been using for years. Great job, very thorough and professional.
