The professionalism from the initial contact with the office staff to the serviceman who installed my generator this company is one of the best and when the county inspector came out he was very impressed with the work that was done and said "I wish everyone did work this clean" would highly recommend to anyone! In the past they have also done HVAC work that was outstanding and also saved me a substantial amount of money.

I would like to thank Brower Mechanical for working on my AC. At times I wanted to call it and replace the system, but Brower recommended to try a few items first. I am glad I followed their recommendations. The last time they worked on my other HVAC system a few years ago, I found Brower employees to be honest and hard working. They are just as honest and hard working today. Ali was courteous and professional and we are now sitting in a nice chilled home again. THANK YOU BROWER!!!

This is an excellent company, with professional staff, outstanding customer service and their work is QUALITY at its best. I have worked with them for 10+ years. I have had Brower do some standard repairs on a 10-year old HVAC and duct system in one house. Then they also serviced a VERY OLD wall heater and window a/c unit in another house for me. We bought a NEST Video doorbell and it was too difficult for us to install, so we read the Yelp reviews and selected Brower Mechanical. Their installer, Mike Mathis, was right on time (8am) and explained all that needed to be done to install the doorbell. Our current doorbell is located on the side of our porch and is not located in the door frame. So, the angle would be different if installed on the side of the house. I have been with Brower for 13 years. They installed my HVAC system and I have purchased a maintenance contract with them ever since. EVERY technician that I have dealt with has been experienced, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Every time I call the receptionists are kind and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend them for any and all of your HVAC needs.

I just started a contract with Brower today and had my heater looked at. Dan was super nice, knowledgeable, and extremely excellent at explaining technical jargon! As someone who loves technical documentation (but on the computers side of things), I can definitely appreciate a handy person who is great at explaining things simply without making me feel stupid in any way whatsoever. We've always liked Brower, and have had them in over the past 20 years to do two replacements of HVAC systems (different homes) and replacement of all duct work in our current home. The service personnel, without exception, are competent and customer-friendly when we have had them in to inspect our system once or twice a year. This week our Furnace and Air Condition tear out and replacement job was completed by Brower Mechanical out of Rocklin, performed by Dominic and Garrett. It was the best job ever, done over 3 days. The work was inspected by a third party service, which resulted in exceeding standards in quality, system performance, time to complete, clean work and our experience of the two techs who performed the job. I'm very impressed with Pete. I couldn't be at the house when he arrived, however my wife was. He was very polite and diagnosed the problem with the AC. Unfortunately he had to go in the attic to make the repair, it had to be 200 degrees in there. He talked with me on the phone to let me know what the issue was. I have already recommended them to a friend. Thank you Pete!
