I had a service inspector out to my parents home yesterday to take a look at their air conditioner and duct work, my dad has dementia and has a hard time understanding everything completely. Brower removed all of our old HVAC system and duct, removed all attic insulation, installed a new Trane HVAC system, all new duct, an additional air return, all new registers in the house, new Nest Thermostat, new attic insulation, new Airscape whole house fan and a new water heater. This was a very big job and they accomplished it in one week. Everything was done with permits and everything passed inspection. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. My HVAC went out after I had insulation added to my attic. Of course it's a zillion degrees, welcome to Sacramento, so every repair firm was booked up for a week. But Brower made room for us in their schedule and came out the next day. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, charged a fair price and cool air was blowing through the house once again. Thanks Brower, great job.

My friend had Brower Mechanical install new ducts in her house so I did some research on the company. My HVAC was at least 32 years old. Brower is a SMUD contractor. I wanted to get a SMUD loan. Mark Ross was the salesman. He's excellent. I have an HOA so I wasn't supposed to do anything structural to the outside of my townhouse. I'm unhappy with the HOA because I had to get a 16.5 SEER 13 EER 80 percent HSPF / AFUE system and use the existing lineset. There is a HOA Board meeting on April 26, 2016.
