Talked with Mike during a walk-through and consult. Knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We went with another contractor on the insulate/seal and HVAC conversion to inverter heat pump, based on scope and cost.
The company was very nice to go out of their normally area of service. The ladies at the phone were really helpful . The technician Jason was really professional and great to explain how the geo heat pump works. He fix everything and gave me great suggestions .I am completely satisfy with their work and I can highly recommend them. Good job guys.
I called yesterday, set a repair appointment and Randall came out today and rapidly fixed our Costco mini-split for a very reasonable price. He was personable and explained the issues and how to maintain it easily. Thanks!
So...my heater started acting up at my work office right after I attempted to install a Google Nest Thermostat. They show up when they say they will and do what they say they will. In today's business climate, that makes Brower unique and gets my endorsement. I've used them for installation and service of furnace, air conditioning, and whole house generator.
Sonny came out for a AC tune up special. I'll be honest i didn't expect much because the price was great. But sonny went above and beyond. Found a few mistakes that the person that came out last made and repaired them. Very friendly and was on time! Definitely recommend!!!!
Can't you give enough stars I have excellent service we received from this company. Our technician Ryan Walter was the epitome of customer service. He listens to your concerns and answered them in a way that you can understand it. He made you comfortable in asking him questions and went into detail of explaining the answers. I would highly recommend this company and Ryan to all my friends and family.
I love these guys. Their salesman actually remembers me from the first time I used them to install central heating and air in my first house and then again when I had them replace the heating and air in my second house.
